MEET THE TEAM
Impact Athletic Club is based in Weybridge, Surrey and the surrounding area. As an affiliated England Athletics Club, all our coaches and officials are DBS checked and have appropriate coaching qualifications. Our Club Welfare Officer is available for members to contact if they have any concerns and Charlotte's details are displayed at the bottom of this page.
Craig Smith
Craig is the founder and Head Coach of Impact Athletic Club. Until the end of the 2022/23 academic year, he was the Deputy Headteacher of Cleves School in Weybridge but a change in career direction has seen him follow his true passion of sport. Craig has always been passionate about providing sporting opportunities for young people regardless of their ability or motives for taking part. These values are fundamental to Impact Athletic Club.

- BA QTS with Sports Science - 1st Class Honours Degree
- British Athletics Coaching Assistant
- British Athletics Coach in Running Fitness
- First Aid
- Level 3 Safeguarding
- DBS Enhanced Check
Neil Keirs
Neil was the Sports Coach at Cleves School until the Summer of 2023, like Craig he has a passion for providing sporting opportunities for athletes of all ages and abilities. Neil’s sporting background was Marathon running and Ironman triathlons.

Charlotte Dury - Welfare Officer
Our club welfare officer is Charlotte Dury.
Charlotte's role is to help the club ensure that everyone involved in it feels welcome, safe, included and supported. They are a point of contact for anyone who needs advice or has any concerns.
